1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Payment is collected at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and may change without prior notice.

2. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary based on distance, weather, and demand.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on your location. The first few kilometres may be free as configured by us.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the "Preparing" stage.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• In case of incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or exhibit fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Bangkok Kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bangkok Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
